Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Doubletree, in connection with government contract renewals, can no longer offer us accommodations.
Do not attempt to book rooms at their facility please.
The National Planning Group and Provincial Planning Group are working with Hilton and other facilities for our group.
It potentially could mean either a transfer of reservations or cancel at Doubletree and book at another facility. We are working diligently to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
