Carola Singer of The Rolling Barrage PTSD Foundation / The Rolling Barrage was able to meet with Patti-Jo and Pat from Quilts for Everyday Heroes and present a donation of $2,000.00.

The Rolling Barrage PTSD Foundation works with many organizations who support Veterans and First Responders with OSIs. Quilts for Everyday Heroes has partnered with us since 2021 to provide quilts to First Responders across Canada.

I have had the pleasure of meeting with Patti-Jo and Pat this week to provide them with our donation so they can keep doing what they are doing. Patt-Jo mentioned to me that this couldn’t have come in at a better time as they were starting to run low on supplies. They will be using our donation to buy backing and padding to make more quilts for first responders.

Those of us who have been at quilt presentations or have received a quilt know the comfort and hug they bring to the recipient.

As with our other organizations I recommend checking out Quilts For Everyday Heroes!

Below are some pictures of the presentation and a lovely card sent to The Rolling Barrage for the donation forwarded through the efforts of all those who help contribute during The Rolling Barrage ride, donations through the year, sponsorship and merchandise purchases.
